However, because our Services may involve creating personalized 3D models, figurines, animations, and other customized digital products, you may voluntarily provide photographs containing your face or the face or likeness of another individual you are authorized to represent.

We use these photographs and likeness materials only as reasonably necessary to create, modify, review, produce, and deliver the product or service you have requested.

When you upload a photograph or other likeness reference, you represent and confirm that:

• You have the legal right and any necessary permission or consent to provide the material to us;
• You authorize Cherished Memories Studio, Layer3D Solutions, Inc., our service providers, artists, contractors, and production partners to process the material as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order; and
• You will not submit photographs or likeness materials depicting a minor unless you are that minor’s parent or legal guardian.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
