App Usage

Cherished Memories Studio uses Meta Platform APIs solely to publish content that has been approved for publication to our owned Facebook Page and connected Instagram Business account.

Our use of Meta Platform APIs is limited to the functionality necessary to manage and publish authorized content to these business-owned social media accounts.

What We Do Not Collect

Cherished Memories Studio does not collect customer photographs, customer videos, or other consumer-generated media from Meta users through this application.

The application is not intended to collect or store personal media submitted by individual Facebook or Instagram users.

Operational Platform Data

In connection with our use of Meta Platform APIs, we may process a limited amount of operational information necessary to authenticate, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the publishing process.

This information may include:

• Access tokens
• Facebook Page IDs
• Instagram Business Account IDs
• Post IDs
• Published content URLs
• Publishing status information
• API error and diagnostic logs

This operational information is used only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and support our Meta-integrated publishing functionality.
